Meet the Florist
Hi, I’m Myranda! Owner and lead designer of M&M Floral Co., based in Roy, Utah. I’m a certified floral designer, a plant lover, a creative soul, and someone who finally decided to follow her heart.
For years, I worked as a paralegal. While I was proud of the career I built, I often found myself daydreaming about a life that felt more me. I would sit at my desk and ask myself: If I could do anything, what would it be? The answer was always the same, become a florist.
In 2024, I made that dream a reality. I enrolled in floral design school, devoured every flower book I could find, and started growing my own blooms in the garden. I spent hours getting my hands on flowers, experimenting, and learning what moved me. Somewhere in the quiet of those garden days, it clicked: this is what I’m meant to do.
MM Floral Co. officially opened in June 2025, and every design I create is rooted in passion, purpose, and the belief that flowers should feel something.
This business is dedicated to my dog Onyx, who recently passed away. He loved to roll in the garden and smell every bloom. He was my daily reminder to slow down and appreciate beauty. Continuing this journey is part of my healing and a way to carry his memory forward with love.
My Design Style
I’d describe my floral style as emotional, thoughtful, and nature-inspired. I believe in creating arrangements that stir something in the soul, whether it's joy, nostalgia, romance, or remembrance. My work is deeply influenced by the wild beauty of nature, but always tailored to your vision.
Whether you’re planning an elegant wedding, an intimate celebration of life, or a vibrant corporate event, I’ll create something that feels uniquely yours. I love adapting to each client’s style, while bringing in that soft, unexpected magic that makes flowers so powerful.
Who I Serve
I’m proud to serve Roy, Utah and the entire northern Utah area and Salt Lake City, but I’m also available for destination weddings and out-of-state events. My dream is to work with couples planning unforgettable weddings, businesses hosting meaningful events, and families honoring loved ones with grace and care.
And soon, MM Floral Co. will offer curated houseplants too, because I believe nature belongs in every space, not just at events.
A Bit About Me
Behind the scenes, I have an amazing partner, Wes, who helps with operations and keeps me grounded. Our two dogs, Ryker and Roo, serve as the unofficial cleanup crew and joy-bringers in the studio. Yes, I run this business from home, but don’t let that fool you. My studio is fully equipped, organized, and ready to bring floral dreams to life, no matter the size or scale.
Training & Values
I graduated from the Floral Design Program at the International Association of Professions Career College in early 2024 and continue to educate myself daily. I’m committed to sourcing flowers locally whenever possible working with Utah flower farms and wholesalers to ensure fresh, ethical, and seasonal blooms.
I also partner with event planners and creatives to help bring full visions to life. Every petal has a purpose, and every client is treated with care, respect, and intention.
